We kindly ask for 6 hours between submissions. Other than that, you are welcome to submit as often as you need! This is not intended to be a chat feature — its a one off question on a problem that you are stuck on or totally clueless on where to begin and need a (helpful) push forward!

You have priority in getting a session with a tutor (charged separately). The tutor will be who you’ve been matched with before or someone else that specializes in your course. You are never just given a random “who will try to help.”
